Our prices are based on the delivery of correct customisation files. 

Delivery Requirements

Logos

We require a vector file (.eps, .ai, .pdf) of your logo for printing (clothing/gadgets) and engraving. Vector files can be reduced and enlarged endlessly with no loss of quality. If you do not have a vector file, please contact your printer, designer or advertising agency. They can probably help you obtain a vector file of your logo. If necessary, our graphic designer can help you as well; depending on your file, they can convert it to a vector file (for an additional charge).

For embroidery, we require a JPG file of your logo or design.

Colours

To display a logo in the correct colour, we require the colour information in PMS (Pantone Matching System) Coated © ex. PMS485C.

Some customisations are done with quadri or full colour printing (according to your logo's CMYK values).

Text

Text must be supplied in letter outlines, so that the fonts do not have to be included. If a text has not been converted to letter outlines, you must provide the font.
